With almost fifteen years in the voluntary sector, I know what it takes to run a successful organisation which creates meaningful impact.

Most recently, I founded and grew The Kids Network, a thriving London-wide charity working with thousands of volunteers and young people.

I now support founders and small charities on their journeys, hoping to share the skills and experiences I have honed building an organisation to scale, developing programmes and working on medium and long term strategies.
